We collect only the information you provide to us in our forms, such as:

Company and invoicing details: company name, VAT number, address, contact person, position, phone numbers and email address.
Participant details: name and surname, position, email address, phone number and any dietary requirements you choose to share.

How we use your data

To process and confirm your training registration.
To contact you about the course, its organisation and payment.
To issue invoices once payment has been received.
To organise the training, for example catering arrangements for dietary requirements.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where this is necessary to deliver the training, for example with course instructors or the venue for participant lists and catering, or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
